This is the first collection of stories from Australians who are working and living overseas, often for lengthy periods. The foreword to this collection is from Nikki Gemmell who herself has lived overseas for a number of years and now, like many Australians, resides in London.
Some 34 Australians contributed stories from Bolivia to Finland to Mozambique and together they provide a unique insight into what it means to come from Down-Under. This book was published in conjunction with the Southern Cross Group, a group representing Australian expats. The published stories were culled from some 180 stories written by 166 contributors.
